As a mentor, I can help you get clearer on what you want and help you achieve it. Together we focus on work issues in the context of your wider life and aspirations.


What I offer is a unique, rounded service, based on more than 25 years of helping people on a one-to-one basis. 


I draw on experience as a leader in both the corporate and charity and voluntary sector, bringing relevant first-hand knowledge of workplace challenges and pressures. But more than that, I have a varied helping background as a coach, mentor, Master NLP practitioner and Relate trained counsellor and as head of a counselling charity. This means that I bring a lot of different skills to your situation.

I’ll help you stay on track or reframe, as appropriate. I’ll challenge you in a supportive way and help you go further that you might have thought possible.

What’s involved?


What you choose to focus on is up to you.


Some use it as a form of ongoing development, where there may not be a structure or resource in place at work for a knowledgeable sounding board. Others use it for a specific goal as touched on above.


Whatever the issue, we can have a no obligation phone / Zoom consultation to discuss your needs. 


Sessions can be face-to-face, on the phone, Zoom or skype. How often and when depends on what you want. The normal minimum commitment is 4 – 6 sessions of up to 1.5 hours.


To offer wide access, I operate a differential fee scale for those working in the not-for-profit sector.
