For many years, I have worked with a wide range of organisations and teams (Board level, trustees, HR, Operational & Project teams, Marketing and Communications) to help successfully bring about change.
My skills lie in helping you to look at the bigger picture of what you want to achieve and to design and implement interventions to bring your goals to a successful completion.
This could be through a mix of one-to-one discussions, group facilitation, interviews and listening groups, depending on the project. These could be internally and with customers.
I have a flexible approach, centred on your needs. I don’t bring a fixed or rigid approach or model but a clear understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) and making sure that people are heard and respected.
